Breathing Pacer

Box and 4‑7‑8 breath with a soft Tibetan‑bowl style chime. Choose your pattern, set a timer, and breathe. Then log how you feel in your journal.

Settings

How to use
  1. Select a mode (Box or 4‑7‑8) or set custom seconds.
  2. Pick a session length and volume, then press Start.
  3. Breathe with the circle and on‑screen cues (optional chime each phase).
  4. When finished, click Log how I feel to note your change in the Meraki Journal.
